Deine Aufgaben
In dieser Rolle berichtest Du direkt an den COO und unterstützt ihn in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, der strategischen Prozessgestaltung und setzt strategische, unternehmensinterne Projekte effizient und zielorientiert um. 

  • Strategische Planung und Ausführung: Unterstützung des COOs bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Pläne für den Bereich Projektmanagement & Monitoring. Dies beinhaltet die Ausrichtung der Bereichsziele an den Zielen des Unternehmens sowie die konsequente Umsetzung dieser Ziele in allen funktionalen und cross-funktionalen Teams innerhalb des Unternehmens.
  • Effizienz, Qualität und Excellence-in-Operations: Implementierung und regelmäßiges Berichten von funktional relevanten KPIs für den Bereich zur Unterstützung einer leistungs- und zielorientierten Herangehensweise an projektspezifische und projektübergreifende Aufgaben. Aktive Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen im Unternehmen einschließlich der Weiterentwicklung von SOPs und WI´s.
  • Aktivierung von Prüfzentren & Patientenrekrutierung: Unterstützung der Erstellung, Implementierung und Umsetzung von projektspezifischen Site-Aktivierungs- und Patientenrekrutierungs-Plänen.
  • Schnittstellen- & Kommunikationsmanagement: Projektübergreifender Ansprechpartner für andere Abteilungen innerhalb der GBG für den Bereich Projektmanagement und Monitoring. Vorbereitung und Präsentieren, unter anderem von wissenschaftlichen Vorträgen bei internen und externen Gelegenheiten.
  • Begleitung der jeweiligen Teams: Förderung eines proaktiven Kommunikationsstils sowie eines kollaborativen Arbeitsumfelds als Grundlage für eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit im Team. 


Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit entsprechender Promotion 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement onkologischer Studien sowie im Bereich Monitoring
  • Erfahrung im Verfassen und Vortragen wissenschaftlicher Texte und Präsentationen 
  • Hervorragendes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen zur Erarbeitung langfristiger Ziele und zur Bearbeitung crossfunktionaler Fragestellungen
  • Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise und demonstrierte Fähigkeit zur Erarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer, strategischer Konzepte und Vorhaben 
  • Hoch entwickelte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und sehr gutes Beziehungsmanagement, um erfolgreich mit allen Abteilungen und auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens erfolgreich arbeiten zu können
  • Technische Kompetenz, um mit verschiedenen Tools und Technologien umzugehen und diese effizienzsteigernd als Standard zu etablieren 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Anwesenheit vor Ort: Diese Tätigkeit kann aufgrund der zahlreichen Interaktionen mit allen Bereichen des Unternehmens nicht remote ausgeübt werden. Mobiles Arbeiten ist maximal an 2 Tagen/Woche möglich
  • Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle

Diese umfassen wichtige akademische Registerstudien bis hin zu internationalen Zulassungsstudien von Medikamenten mit ca. 200 bis 400 Zentren.

Your mission
In this role, you will report directly to the COO and support him in cross-departmental collaboration and strategic process design, as well as implementing strategic, internal projects efficiently and in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Strategic planning and execution: Supporting the COO in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for the Project Management & Monitoring department. This includes aligning departmental goals with company goals and consistently implementing these goals in all functional and cross-functional teams within the company.
  • Efficiency, quality and excellence in operations: Implementing and regularly reporting functionally relevant KPIs for the department to support a performance- and goal-oriented approach to project-specific and cross-project tasks. Actively participating in continuous improvement processes within the company, including the further development of SOPs and WI's.
  • Activation of trial centres & patient recruitment: Supporting the creation, implementation and execution of project-specific site activation and patient recruitment plans.
  • Interface & communication management: Cross-project contact person for other departments within GBG for project management and monitoring. Preparing and presenting scientific lectures at internal and external events, among other things.
  • Supporting the respective teams: Promoting a proactive communication style and a collaborative working environment as the basis for trust-based teamwork.
Your profile
  • Successfully completed degree in natural sciences, ideally with a relevant doctorate
  • Several years of experience in project management for oncological studies and in the field of monitoring
  • Experience in writing and presenting scientific texts and presentations
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills for developing long-term goals and dealing with cross-functional issues
  • Goal- and solution-oriented approach and proven ability to develop and implement new strategic concepts and plans
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and very good relationship management to work successfully with all departments and at all levels of the company
  • Technical expertise in using various tools and technologies and establishing them as standard to increase efficiency
  • Very good written and spoken English
