Clinical Project Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Projektmanagement von internationalen klinischen Studien der Phasen II-IV (Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung aller operativen Prozesse)
  • Koordination und Einhaltung des Budgetrahmens, Timelines, Scope of Work und Meetingagenda von Beginn an bis zum Studienende. Auswahl und Zahlungsabwicklung benötigter Vendoren
  • Führung des eigenen Managementteams in Absprache mit dem disziplinarischen Vorgesetzten
  • Berichterstattung intern und extern (Steering Committee bei internationaler Studie) 
  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher behördlicher Anfragen
  • Weiterentwicklung firmeninterner SOPs
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement internationaler klinischer Studien (vorzugsweise in der Onkologie)
  • Regulatorische Kenntnisse, ICH-GCP- und AMG-Kenntnisse sowie Umgang mit entsprechenden Qualitätsstandards
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift          
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Führungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Die GBG Forschungs GmbH ist ein unabhängiges und akademisches Forschungsinstitut (ARO), welches klinische Studienprojekte zur Verbesserung der Therapiemöglichkeiten von Brustkrebs entwickelt, durchführt und auswertet. Zu unseren Kooperationspartnern zählen Unternehmen und Organisationen aus Wissenschaft, Forschung und Industrie. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Neu-Isenburg beschäftigt derzeit ca. 140 Mitarbeitende. Insgesamt wurden bisher über 68.000 Patienten bei GBG-Studien eingeschlossen. Diese umfassen wichtige akademische Registerstudien bis hin zu internationalen Zulassungsstudien von Medikamenten mit ca. 200 bis 400 Zentren.

Your mission
  • Project management of international clinical studies in phases II-IV (planning, execution and monitoring of all operative processes)
  • Coordination and adherence to the budget, timelines, scope of work and meeting agenda from the beginning to the end of the study. Selection and payment processing of required vendors
  • Leading your own project team in consultation with the disciplinary superior 
  • Reporting internally and externally (Steering Committee for international studies)
  • Handling all official inquiries
  • Further development of internal company SOPs
Your profile
  • A university degree in natural sciences or medicine
  • Experience in project management of international clinical studies (preferably in oncology)
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, ICH-GCP and AMG as well as familiarity with the corresponding quality standards
  • Fluent written and spoken English 
  • Independent and structured way of working 
  • Strong leadership and assertiveness as well as negotiating skills
  • Strong communication and team skills
