Deine Mission ist es dafür zu sorgen, dass unsere IT-Infrastruktur zuverlässig, sicher und zukunftsorientiert läuft – währenddessen entwickelst Du Dich Schritt für Schritt in eine Führungsrolle.

Infrastruktur & Administration

Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung der Hard-/Software sowie der Betriebsabläufe im Hinblick auf IT-Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit, Datenschutz und Cybersicherheit
Administration der lokalen Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Telefonanlage, NAS-System, Lokaler Internet-Anschluss, Sophos-Firewall)
Planung, Implementierung und Wartung von Microsoft Azure- und Microsoft 365 Umgebungen (hybrid)
Administration von Cloud-basierten Anwendungen und -Services auf Basis von Amazon Web Service (u.a. AWS)
Mobile Device Management mit Microsoft Intune und KACE SMA

IT-Projekte & Innovation

Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten - von Cybersicherheitsmaßnahmen über von KI Einsatzmöglichkeiten bin hin zur Entwicklung neuer Services
Integration/Änderung bestehender und neuer Komponenten in Kooperation mit dem externen Dienstleister
IT Einkauf und Koordination mit internen Stakeholdern
Validierung von GxP-relevanten Systemen

Informationssicherheit

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Informationssicherheits-Managementsystem (ISMS) nach ISO 27001

Karrierepfad Richtung IT Leitung

Möglichkeit, neben der fachlichen Verantwortung auch die disziplinarische Leitung und Entwicklung des IT-Teams zu übernehmen,

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT Spezialist, IT-Administrator, Fachinformatiker oder in ähnlicher Rolle
Idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung im IT-Umfeld bzw. Entwicklungspotenzial für die Mitarbeiterführung
Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Windows-Server- und Office-365-Umfeld sowie in Bezug auf Netzwerk-Technologien
Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Leitung von IT-Projekten
Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch- und Englisch

Von Vorteil sind:

Erste Führungserfahrung oder klares Entwicklungspotenzial Richtung Mitarbeiterführung
Erfahrung Microsoft Azure, AWS, Sophos Firewalls, Intune und KACE SMA

Your profile

Degree in computerscience or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as an IT specialist, IT administrator, or in a similar IT-role
Sound knowledge of the Windows Server and Office365 environment as well as network technologies
Experience in the conception and management of IT projects
Analytical thinking, structured and proactive way of working
Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English

The following is an advantage

Initial management experience or clear development potential for leading people
